| A very large scale geophysics project to be undertaken by John Gater
of GSB Prospection (and Time Team fame!) will look at c.30 ha in the
Inner Buffer Zone of the World Heritage Area. He will be investigating
the Ring of Brogar itself, as well as the area around it. |

| Amazingly, there has been only one geophysics survey in
the Ring, and it was way back in the 1970's when the science of geophysics
was in its infancy. If there's more to the prehistoric landscape here
than meets the eye… John will locate it! |
